Villa Padma rental price 2018
High Season ( from 1 July to 15 September and from 18 December to 8 January ) :
€ 100 per night for 2 quests
Each additional quest € 25 per quest
Minimum stay 5 nights.
Low season :
€ 75 per night for 2 guests .
Each additional quest € 25 per quest
Children under 2 years free .
Above prices exclude :
- 10 % goverment tax.
- € 50 cleaning fee.
included:
- The use of the services of the staff ( housekeeper, gardener and security ) for 6 days a week, described elsewhere on this site .
- The use of towels , bed linen and kitchen linen .
- Gas, electra and water .
Payment:
Within two weeks after booking, a prepayment has to be done of 30% of the total rent, after which the booking is final.
One month prior to the start of the rental, the final payment has to be done, together with a deposit of 150 euro.
This deposit is refunded within three weeks after check out from the villa,
Payment by Paypal 3,4% extra charge.
